I really liked the lounge area in the reception as well as the modern feel of the rooms. Personnel was really helpful. Opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel was great (although it was not included in the price of the room), and the assortment at breakfast was good. Small hotel with good atmosphere and modern look.
The room was quite small, but enough for two persons and their luggage. However, not the smallest I've seen.

It is an intimate and modern property located in 10th arr. District really close to all public transport and the train station and more recognised areas. Excellent staff provides a very good service. The ambiance is quiet. The location is excellent and unbeatable, in the Canal Saint-Martin area. 500 metres are distance to the restaurant. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

The location was very convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean but small, however it had everything you need when staying out of home.

Excellent proximity to Gare de l'Est, cozy bathroom configuration, modern shower facilities
It's a nightmare if you have luggage or are on a higher floor. The noise from other rooms and the street made relaxing nearly impossible!!!

Location not far from cafes, metro and train station and reasonably priced, independent bars and restaurants. Compact room, brand-new, with a kettle, a huge cooling fan plus the shower.

Reasonably clean, fair location if coming to Paris by train. Has a Nespresso machine in the lobby (think it cost 2eur for a capsule - ok for a hotel, at least is a great coffee). Skipped the hotel breakfast and had it next door, La Paella, which was fantastic (owned by a French-Spanish).
This is my 2nd stay: 1st time stayed in the small room (cosy) without a bath but with a good shower, this time a bigger room (sejour) with a bath and no shower curtain (read "water all over the bathroom"). Better the smaller one! Asked staff to order a taxi and I informed the destination (sacre coeur), when the driver came he laughed on us and was very upset, believe he was expecting a longer ride - not pleasant.

I have stayed a few times at this hotel and think its biggest advantage is its staff. They are especially warm, friendly and helpful.

The design of the hotel is really cute. The staffs are nice.
The location is not so good. It is hard to find the hotel.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as some lower levels may have noise issues.

It is quite close to the station
Cleanliness level is low, the room is too small for a twin bed, the bath room equipments are not well taken care.
